Join the Camp Eagle Hill team!

  • American Counselor Staff Must be at camp as of 6/24/2025 (your end date will be included on your individual agreement).
  • International Counselor Staff (non-waterfront) Must be at camp as of 6/24/2025 (end date will be included on your individual agreement).
  • All Waterfront Staff Must be at camp as of 6/20/2025 for lifeguard certification and training (end date will be included on your individual agreement).
  • Support Staff – follow individually scheduled dates and your camp contract from the camp office
  • Adult Staff – follow individually scheduled dates and your camp contract from the camp office 

 

Steps Toward Employment

If you are interested in a staff position with us, please fill out and submit our staff application form.

Once we receive your information, we will be in touch with qualified applicants by phone or e-mail. Our screening process typically includes one or two ZOOM interviews, reference checks and background checks. If you live within a few hours of New York City, we may ask to meet with you in person. Once an offer of employment is extended, we will be sending a camp agreement to you. As you will be applying through our camp database platform, CampSite, we will be asking you to upload your camp agreement into your staff profile on CampSite shortly after we have sent it to you.
