Eagle Hill Wedding Weekends/One Day Wedding Events
Camp Eagle Hill is now available for early June, late Summer or early Fall Wedding Weekends as well as one day Wedding events on the grounds of our beautiful two hundred acre property. Enjoy the pleasure of time spent with relatives and friends in a relaxed atmosphere with activities, special programs, great homemade meals, snacks, and gorgeous, park-like surroundings.
We are located in the town of Elizaville, New York, a small town just a few miles west of the Taconic State Parkway and about 20 minutes north of Rhinebeck, New York. Our property features a man-made lake, two pools, many well manicured ballfields, tennis courts, large indoor spaces (including a large banquet hall overlooking our lake) and about one hundred acres of wooded land.
Housing for an Eagle Hill Wedding weekend is available in both large open rooms with comfortable single beds for group-type accommodations as well as private rooms, complete with full sized beds and private bathroom facilities. Our wedding couples can enjoy their wedding night in the comfort of their very own, newly renovatedEagle Hill cottage, complete with a suite of bedrooms, sitting room and private bathroom facilities. Linens and bed making services are available for a group’s stay. Special accommodations can be made for elderly guests or those with concerns for getting around our camp property.
For train service to our property, Metro North service runs from New York City to Poughkeepsie, New York. (just 45 minutes south of our property) Amtrak service runs from New York City to the town of Rhinebeck, New York (20 minutes south of our property) and the city of Hudson, New York (20 minutes north of our property).
We can make available shuttle service to pick up large groups of guests from any of these three locations on Friday with drop-off service available on Sunday.

Sunday Morning:
- Brunch from 9:30 AM – 11:30AM
- Guest Departure 12:00 PM

Our Meals
All meals are cooked on site by a team of professional caterers. The followingis a sample of meals that can be prepared for your guests (wedding couples may vary from this sample menu slightly or completely depending on individual needs – costs involved will depend on food choices made for each meal of the wedding weekend or one day event). Some food allergies/intolerances may be managed easily by our catering team. Camp Eagle Hill has a dedicated Gluten Free Kitchen space to help those guests with celiac disease or an intolerance to gluten. For any food concerns or issues, it is best to discuss the details with us individually.
Brunches: Pancakes or French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Hash Browns, Bacon or Sausage, Coffee Cake, Bagels, fresh fruit platters, cold cereal selections, hot cereal, tea, coffee, juice.
Barbecue Dinner: Barbecued chicken, hamburgers/hot dogs, potato salad, cole slaw, pasta salad, mashed potatoes, tossed salad, brownies or large chocolate chip cookies, apple cobbler, ice cream, assorted drinks, coffee/tea.
Picnic Lunch: Turkey or Vegetarian Wrap sandwiches or a variety of Pizzas, cold salads, chips, brownies or cookies, assorted drinks.
THE WEDDING MEAL: choose from a variety of plated salads to start the meal with rolls and butter, followed by a buffet including two entrees (from a list of fish, chicken and meat options), a pasta dish, two vegetable dishes and an assortment of dessert choices. Coffee and tea round out the meal.
THE WEDDING COCKTAIL HOUR: make six choices from a list of available hors d’oeuvres selections which may include hamburger sliders, quilted franks with a mustard dipping sauce, swedish meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, caprese skewers with a balsamic vinaigrette dipping sauce, mini reubens on rye, mini kebabs, deviled eggs, bruschetta, mini pizza bites and many others – all served by a wait service team.
We are family owned and operated and every wedding couple works directly with the ownership of our camp property. Our objective is to have you and your guests treated “like family”. We want everyone to be comfortable, well served and cared for. We give tours of our facility all year round. Weekends book quickly so it is best to consider our property and available weekends well in advance.
